Who We Are
Justice Denied is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing a platform that publicizes cases of wrongful convictions and exposes the systemic issues that lead to these injustices throughout South Africa, with a special focus on the African community. Our mission is to shed light on the wrongful convictions that plague our justice system and advocate for reforms to prevent them from occurring in the future.

Wrongful convictions can occur for a variety of reasons, many of which are deeply rooted in systemic issues within the legal system. Some of the most common causes include:
